Training

Glasgow School of Sport would like to thank the Big Lottery Awards for All for their funding support in the creation of these exciting and innovative podcasts.

These podcasts are one way that we can share what we do with a much wider audience. They include masses of sporting skills and tricks, a range of coaching techniques and capture the life of the pupils and staff that make the School of Sport such an incredible place to be. Have a look and let us know what you think! We hope that you enjoy them and that they help you with your sport or coaching. You can also watch them on our YouTube Channel.

In making all the training videos for Glasgow School of Sport, the coaches have been at the centre of what has been filmed and the commentary on each. Each High Performance Coach has an opportunity to explain their thinking in the choices they made when putting the videos together. They all share a little bit of their own personal story and explain why their video is the way it is.
