Philippa Musikant - High Performance Coach Gymnastics has been involved in gymnastics for twenty seven years, firstly as a competitor and then as a coach. As an international performer, Philippa represented Great Britain as an Artistic Junior Gymnast and then as a Tumbler. In the latter, Philippa became British Champion five times and represented Great Britain at every major international from 1986-1993. She attained twenty World and European medals during this period, ranking third in the World and 2nd in Europe.

As a coach, Philippa coached the 1996 British Tumbling Champion, as well as the London Gymnastics Federation squad and Great Britain Tumbling Squad. Philippa is a senior club coach in men’s artistic, women’s artistic and tumbling.


Image of John Hill

John Hill - Performance Coach Gymnastics has been involved in coaching gymnastics for many years which has included coaching several Scottish and British champions in senior squads. He has been coach to the Scotland Team at competitions in Northern Ireland, Belgium, Lithuania and Hungary.

John coached at East Kilbride Gymnastics Club for many years before moving to the City of Glasgow Gymnastics Club. He has coached club teams in competitions in Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales, Poland, Belgium and Switzerland.

He currently coaches at the School of Sport, the City of Glasgow, Caledonian, Bishopbriggs, and Avondale Gymnastic Clubs.

His qualifications include: British Gymnastics Class 1 Coach (equivalent to new Level 5) Acrobatic Gymnastics; British Gymnastics Coach Tutor/Examiner Acrobatic Gymnastics; and Scotland National Squad Coach Acrobatic Gymnastics.
