Typical Week Training Schedule:

Monday - 2 hours badminton
Tuesday - 2 hours on court & Ayrshire Satellite 2 hours
Wednesday - 1 hour Conditioning
Thursday - 2 hours on court and individual with Jamie Neill
Friday - 1 hour Conditioning/Flexibility
Saturday - Rest or physical training
Sunday - 3 hours National Squad
