Typical Week Training Schedule:

Mon – Conditioning at School 1 Hour
Tues - 2 Hrs on court & Ayrshire Satellite (2 Hrs)
Wed – 2 Hrs and Individual with Jamie Neill
Thursday - 2 Hrs & Glasgow Satellite (2 Hrs)
Friday – Conditioning/Flexibility 1 Hour
Saturday - Rest
Sunday – National Squad (2 Hrs)
