Typical Week Training Schedule:

Monday - School of Sport and 2 hours Badminton JHP
Tuesday - 2 hours on court JHP on court
Wednesday - Conditioning 1 hour and JHP 2 hours on court
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Conditioning/Flexibility 1 hour JHP on court
Saturday - Games Session
Sunday - Rest Day

What do you enjoy most about being a badminton player? 

Playing different shots, meeting lots of people, team events, what I get out of hard work being put in.
