Typical Week Training Schedule:

School of Sport five days a week
National Squad Training (A Group) 9 hours per week
Training includes a variety of running sessions, on-court sessions and weights sessions

First Badminton Memories:

With my Dad at the Cockburn Centre and playing for Renfrew in the Anglo-Scottish Under 12 at Inverclyde, Largs with Mr Dawar

What do you enjoy most about being a badminton player? 

Going to foreign countries, meeting new people, doing well in my tournaments and winning medals.

Tips for Badminton:

Have a goal that you want to achieve, never give up in training or tournaments and enjoy it.
