Athletics Programme - Reaching Your Potential
Athletics is one of five sports on offer at the Glasgow School of Sport and is available for both boys and girls. The programme aims to develop the essential skills required to realise a young athletes full potential.
Training sessions are tailored to meet individual needs through a holistic coaching approach. This means the best possible programmes are delivered to every athlete. Each young athlete will also be introduced to Strength and Conditioning, Sport Psychology, Nutrition, and Sport Education.
